Assumption Community Hospital is a 15-bed hospital located in Napoleonville, Louisiana, and an affiliate of Our Lady of the Lake Regional Medical Center. Because of the affiliation, Assumption Community Hospital and Assumption Primary Care have access to the nation’s highest regarded patient record, Epic, allowing our patients more convenient access to a wide range of services from Our Lady of the Lake and the Franciscan Missionaries of Our Lady Health System.
